Experience

I have 18 years experience in counselling skills work.  I have supported many individuals, couples and families through extremely challenging issues in their lives.  I am Relate qualified to work with couples, families and individuals on relationship issues and I have a Masters in this field.  Currently I work in Private Practice.  Previously I worked at Relate and taught Counselling to adults at Hills Road College.

  • I am a registered member of the BACP.

  • Ma Relationship Therapy – Integrative.  This included training in sex, gender, sexuality, and Queer theory. 

  • PgDip Hypnopsychotherapy

  • BSc (Hons) Human Biological Sciences

  • CAADA Independent Domestic Advisor Qualification

  • Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner

 

I have been practicing Mindfulness for several years, I completed my PgDip dissertation on Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy.
